The design package allows us to breathe air into your event and give you the basic building blocks to bring it to life. It is the first essential step for planning any event and is conducted after a complimentary initial consultation to learn a little bit about how we can help!  

For the couple that is looking for an experience designed for them, allow us to work with you to develop your vision, provide guidance in selecting the creative team, and being present for your wedding day to manage the details.

 

Package Details:

  • Personal consultation to finalize your event details with an in-depth questionnaire to assess your vision for the event and the demographics of your guests.

  • Research and development of your event options including cultural elements and traditions from a contemporary perspective.

  • Preparation and support with budget allocation based on the elements to be included.

  • Development of the planning timeline for planning and decision dates.

  • Recommendations for venues, creative team, menu styles, and decor elements.

  • Assistance with menu planning and design.

  • Support for rehearsals and wrapping up any last-minute details.

  • Scheduling for the wedding day and on-site coordination with a JMT Eventology team member.

The design package has opportunities to support the development of your event from beginning to execution and evalation.
