Can you work with any type of budget?
Budget is a major consideration in planning any event and you need to make sure it makes sense. We work with a variety of budgets and can tailor our services based on what you need. This is not to say that we can work miracles, but one of our first steps in the process is to have a frank discussion on how best to allocate your funds based on the maximum impact and your expectations. We know a variety of Event professionals and venues to get the most out of your budget.
So how much does it cost?
At trade shows we hear this question constantly. The reason we do not have pricing on our website or quote one automatically is because our services and the associated cost are based on the scope of the project, dates, and how many staff members are required. Why quote a random number that may not really fit what you are looking for? We also do not charge an automatic percentage of your budget, as this really makes no sense to us. For instance, if you end up budgeting $2,000 or $10,000 on your photograher, the extent of our design and coordination does not vary greatly (unless you are getting all day coverage and want our staff there every step of the way).
Getting a quote and starting costs
Once we have a better idea of the scope of services, we can provide a custom quote for you and your event. The costs are based on the scope of services, the number of hours, and the number of staff required for planning and on the day of the event. For instance, if you are planning an intimate family event for twenty five guests, we are not charging the same as an awards dinner for three hundred. Part of our services is to save you time and frustration in trying to research and plan everything yourself.
