Red Rock Country Club – A Jewel of the Dessert

This week JMT Eventology was among the Las Vegas Wedding and Event Planners invited to attend an intimate dinner at Red Rock Country Club. It was truly an honor to attend this event to see what is new at one of our favorite venues. Over the past years we have referred many couples to Red Rock for a variety of reasons – all of which were readily apparent in this special occasion.While many Wedding venues in Las Vegas have gone through changes in staffing and attempted to win business by cutting corners, Red Rock Country Club has remained a constant beacon representing uncompromising quality in both product and services.While speaking with Chef William, it was apparent of his dedication not only to his profession, but in maintaining the utmost in guest satisfaction. With over 20 years of experience in the culinary field, it has always been a standard for him to focus on great ingredients and cooking from scratch. Yes, he purchases fresh ingredients (no cans or frozen products) and makes everything fresh for your event!

This has been one of the reasons that I have always been faithful is my support of this venue as a great place to dine. It was evident in the menu featured this evening which included:

While many venues would make something different from their regular menus as an attempt to impress, there was no need to do so as all of these exquisitely prepared menu items are part of the wedding packages! What was just as impressive was that Chef William dined with us for dinner, which means that he has an equally talented culinary staff that is able to bring to fruition his culinary masterpieces. As this has been the sixth event I have attended at Red Rock Country Club, I can attest that every event is equally as memorable as this one!

Another great asset of the venue is Gina Pfersching, Director of Catering. During the past six years, I have admired Gina and her unwavering commitment to service and standards. What impresses me most is her unassuming demeanor and desire to make sure she represents herself as a consummate professional. Whenever I have sent clients to her I have known that they will be well taken care of with every detail covered. While many others in the industry have come and gone, Gina remains as the driving force behind the success of this stellar location!

Gina also leads a talented group of staff to service your events. While a beautiful venue and sumptuous food are important, a seasoned service staff is equally as essential. Every server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. It is a testament to their culture and leadership that they are able to maintain so many great people to make your event memorable.

We would also be remiss if we did not also mention Catherine Thompson from Layers of Lovely . While I have only known Catherine for a few years, I have marveled at her work and arrangements. The kings table was stately with bold silver candelabras and beautifully accented with stunning arrangements featuring an organic assembly of orange mokara orchids, dahlias, roses, and stunning deep purple anemones! Having worked seen so many weddings, it is refreshing when you see a unique perspective brought to life in the hands of an artist like Catherine.

The Wedding packages also offer some great amenities including Chameleon Chairs with ivory or black cushion options, a variety of linen colors, DJ services by Patrick Labate of The Music Solution DJ Company, another veteran in the wedding industry, and wedding cake.
